About Essays Notes Projects

  • folio

    2026

folio is an experiment to validate whether knowledge workers who are unfamiliar with the terminal (and by extension don't feel at home in Codex) will feel more comfortable working with agents in a more human-friendly UX. Agents are still first-class citizens, but their work is far more visible, auditable, and explainable.

folio helps users analyze unstructured data en masse (documents, text, images, audio) with a focus on finance, legal, marketing, compliance, and customer service teams. It runs locally as a Mac app, so users can experiment with sensitive data without it ever leaving their machine.

I also use folio personally: to keep up to date with agents, develop skills and harnesses, build videos and graphical assets in code (with Remotion), and automate marketing and sales outbound.
